Drop Off / Pick Up

 

1) Please set up a drop-off and a pick-up window.

 

If this is your first overnight stay the more daylight hours we have with your baby, the better. 

Please understand that you have other guest scheduled before and after you. If you are going to be late (even 5-10min) communicate this with us. 

We have time factored in so that we are able to offer your baby our complete undivided attention when introducing them to the pack. If you are running late, we need to know so we can adjust. 

 

Late pickups:

No later than 6:30 pm

However, we understand things happen and exceptions can be made.

Saturday Drop Off:

No later than 8:30 am

However, we understand things happen and exceptions can be made.

2) Call or text 20 minutes prior to arriving, then again when you get to the location.

​

3) Pull all the way into the driveway (unless we have asked otherwise). If you have to wait for a moment, wait your turn, once a car pulls out, you pull in and or up.

4) Stay in your vehicle, please do not get out. Let us come to you and take your fur baby out.
